A player and compiler suite for the board game Neutron.

Gluon is a random player, neutrino is a reasonably good player, higgs is the encompassing header stuff.

Randino is a random player in progress.

The competition manager is competition.py (PYTHON 3), and full competitions can be run with fullcomp*.
